The client acknowledges that Northern Beaches Dog Walks allows dogs to play and interact directly with one another off leash. The client further acknowledges that due to this, injuries to pets may occur. The client agrees that Northern Beaches Dog Walks will not be held liable for any injury or illness and expressly waives any and all claims against Northern Beaches Dog Walks, or its employees for any loss, injury or illness to their pet or their property while in the care of Northern Beaches Dog Walks. Northern Beaches Dog Walks agrees to provide services in a reliable, safe, sanitary and trustworthy manner.

The client agrees to express any known behavioural/aggression problems that their pet has with other animals, toys, food or humans. The client is solely responsible for any harm or injury caused by their pet while in the care of Northern Beaches Dog Walks.

The client understands that all pets accepted must be in good general health. Veterinarian information and proof of all required vaccinations must be provided to Northern Beaches Dog Walks during the initial Meet & Greet, immediately upon any changes, and the Online Booking System. Pets must be on a flea and tick prevention program whilst in our care. Under no circumstances will Northern Beaches Dog Walks, or its employees, be held responsible for Paralysis Tick, Canine Influenza, Injury, Death, Loss or Damages of any kind whatsoever that may occur to any animal while in the care of Northern Beaches Dog Walks.

Should any pet become ill or injured while with Northern Beaches Dog Walks, we reserve the right to administer necessary aid, and, if necessary, transport the pet to a vet. Any expenses incurred are the responsibility of the client. Northern Beaches Dog Walks will attempt to contact the pets own vet, but reserves the right to transport the pet to another if necessary.

The client agrees to pay any invoiced amount within seven days of the invoice being issued.

Any invoices not paid within seven days shall accrue interest daily at the lesser of rate of 12% percent per annum calculated daily. Northern Beaches Dog Walks will also be entitled to recover from the client in addition to the amount invoiced yet unpaid any administrative costs of issuing a recovery notice (at $20.00 per notice), any debt recovery costs (including legal fees on a Solicitor/client basis) incurred or payable byNorthern Beaches Dog Walks in procuring outstanding payment from the client.

Booking System
Please make sure you fill out as much as you can in your Account Dashboard, such as your Contact Details (Phone Number, Address and Emergency Contact) under 'My Account', Pet Details (Name, Breed, any medication, health condition or allergies) under 'My Pet' as well as Vet details, under 'My Vet'.

Passes & Subscriptions
All passes are non-refundable/non transferable
*unused visits by the time of expiry are forfeited.

Boarding & Overnight Stays
Cancellations or change to a booking must be done 3 weeks prior to booking date or no refund. If cancellation/change is made before the 3 weeks, only 50% of the total amount will be refunded. Not the full amount.

Pet Insurance
Your dog must have current insurance. Please provide your policy number and company on your account, under 'My Pets'.

Whilst we take every precaution and care we do not take responsibility for any accidental injury that may be sustained in circumstances beyond our control.
